“If you don’t want those rascally rabbits getting into all your veggies in the garden, try mixing up garlic and chilli powder in a sprayer,” the homesteader (@misses.t.and.me) began in her TikTok video.

“You need to do it pretty strong, it needs to have a strong odor, but not too thick where it’s not gonna go through your sprayer right?

“And spray it around the perimeter of your garden, around the patches that you don’t want them getting into.

“They don’t like the smell, and it will deter them, hopefully,” she said.

A viewer in the comments section left another method to keep the pesky rabbits away.

“This works super duper too: use hair that comes out when you wash it. Put the clumps in the garden. They smell human and stay away. Legit,” they wrote.

Previously, a man also shared a gardening hack – he revealed his no-chemical tip that instantly kills weeds.

“Here’s some tips that your landscapers don’t want you to know to get rid of weeds,” Collin (@bluemelonco) began in a TikTok video.

“First boil some water. Then, take your boiling pot of water and just pour it directly on the weeds,” he explained.

He demonstrated by letting the piping hot water flow onto the weeds.

He added that the tip is chemical-free and pet friendly.

“Instantly kills weeds without chemicals down to the roots and seeds. Plants hate hot water. The extreme temperature is too much for weeds,” Collin explained in the caption.

He added in the comments section of the clip that the boiling water method would make weeds stay away for about a month.
