A gunman opened fire at a crowded mall outside Dallas on Saturday, killing at least eight people and injuring at least seven before being killed by a police officer, turning a busy afternoon of shopping into chaos and chaos, authorities said. Tragic scene.
At a news conference Saturday night, Allen, Texas, Police Chief Brian E. Harvey did not identify the shooter but said he acted alone.
