Jackson Mahomes, the younger brother of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, has been arrested.
The 22-year-old has been charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and a fourth count of battery, according to jail records.
He was booked into the Johnson County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond at 7:42 a.m. on Wednesday, according to jail records.
Mahomes, who frequently attends his brother’s games, is a popular-but-controversial, and sometimes loathed, social media influencer.
His social media posts and TikTok videos have frequently been the topic of conversation in the sports world, especially during the NFL season.
According to KCTV in Kansas City, the charges stem from an incident that allegedly occurred at a restaurant in Overland Park, Kansas in February.
The younger Mahomes is accused of assaulting the owner and shoving a waiter in separate incidents at Aspens Restaurant and Bar Lounge.
Mahomes’ lawyer has denied the claims against his client, according to the TV station. His arraignment hearing has been scheduled 1:30 p.m. on Friday.
