ABU is owed a sum of N931,479, 317.84, according to KEDC.

On April 4, 2023, the power distribution firm ‘issued the notification’ and threatened to cut off the institution’s electricity lines. It further said that payment of the debt is required before reconnection may occur.

In the notification to the Vice Chancellor of ABU, KEDC said, “Please refund your obligation.”
