On March 29, 2023, the NNPP’s national head, Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, PhD, FNSE, received the candidates for governor and lieutenant governor of Kano State, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf and Comr. Abdulsalam Gwarzo. At Miller Road in Kano, they both handed the national leader their Certificates of Return.
