David Adeleke, nicknamed Davido, a well-known Nigerian artist, has revealed that legendary producer Don Jazzy came up with the idea for the title of his fourth studio album.
The musician stated the Mavin boss gave the name “Timeless” to him via Instagram message at some point last year. He made this revelation while fielding queries regarding his most recent endeavor.
The Grammy-winning Beninese singer Angelique Kidjo, the British rapper Skepta, Asake, Fave, Cavemen, and DMW’s newest signees Morravey and Logos Olori all made guest appearances on the album’s 17 tracks.
In less than 24 hours, the album topped the Apple Music charts in more than 17 different nations. As an African record, it peaked at number two on the American ITunes Music list.
The word “time” appears in each of Davido’s previous three album titles: his second album was titled “A Good Time,” his third studio album was called “A Better Time,” and his fourth and most recent album is called “Timeless.”
