BREAKING: INEC Declares PDP’s Caleb Mutfwang Winner In Plateau

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) announced Caleb Mutfwang, the Peoples Democratic Party candidate in Plateau state, as the winner of the hotly contested March 18 election on Monday morning.

Caleb Mutfwang of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) received a total of 525,299 votes, beating out Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who received 481,370 votes, according to the returning officer for the governorship election, Professor Idris Amali.

With 60,310 votes, Labour Party candidate Dr. Patrick Dakum finished third.

Hon Caleb Mutfang won in Barkin Ladi, Bassa, Langtang North Mikang, Langtang South, Riyom, Mangu, Langtang South, Jos South, Bokkos, Quan Pan

Dr. Nentawe Yiltwada of the Jos East, Kanke, Pankshin, Shendam, Wase, Kanam, and Jos North All Progress Congress.
