Presidential Election: Labour Party Releases List Of Legal Team

The list of the lawyers the Labour Party (LP) will use to contest the presidential election on February 25, 2023 was made public on Monday.
Dr. Livy Uzoukwu is the team’s leader, according to Tanko Yunusa, the party’s spokesperson (SAN).

The list has put an end to allegations that Peter Obi solely hires South-East Asian attorneys to contest election results.

The 60-person team includes the following people:

• Audu Anuga, SAN
• Prof. Agbo J. Madaki, Esq
• Nguemu Uja, Esq

• Precious Amukpo, Esq
• David Agashua, Esq
• Michaelson L. Hon, Esq
• Olusola Ebiseni

The legal team of Peter Obi and Datti Baba-Ahmed also paid the INEC chairman a visit as part of their efforts to recapture the authority of the elections on February 25.
